Re: Grow Account Manager, USA - New York
Re: Grow is our incubator program working across ten different brands. Through this program, we work with emerging and start-up brands across the fashion, lifestyle and design space to help bring them to the forefront of their industries. The program is launching for the first time in NYC this Spring following its success in the UK. You will be a one-person band in the US, working closely with Re: Agency Co-Founder and the Head of Re: Grow based in London. This is an ideal role for someone with great agency experience to wrap themselves fully in all aspects of PR for their client portfolio. Your role will be to become extensions of your client teams - industry knowledge and a genuine love for fashion, lifestyle and design is vital. You will need to know how to ideate, strategize and execute a fully-integrated PR campaign from start to finish. Industry contacts are required.
Experience & Skills
Minimum of five years PR agency experience working across fashion, design and lifestyle (non-negotiable)
Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills
Experience strategizing and executing a portfolio of clients
Excellent media contacts across fashion, design and lifestyle media (on and off-line)
Ability to work effectively on your own, as well as support a wider team
The ideal candidate will be dialed in on the most current, culturally important people, events, brands and more

Job Description
Manage the day-to-day Re: Grow client teams and accounts and be a point of contact for clients
Ideate, manage and implement clients' PR and communications strategy
Creatively strategize an activity plan of pitches, events, activations and partnerships that reflect specific client brand messaging and increase awareness
Continue to build a growing network of contacts within the industry and beyond
Organise and lead activations, initiatives and strategy development
Input and oversee all monthly reporting
Provide insight into new tastemakers and brands and suggest creative ideas based on account strategies
Host clients and our external agency network for meetings, events and activations
Work closely within the wider Re: Agency team in London on overall account management and strategies
Undertake regular competitor analysis and provide development ideas and innovative suggestions

Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, creative digital marketer who can plan and manage all digital marketing channels and campaigns across our agency clients.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing digital marketing plans Re: Agency clients. This includes PPC, SEO, Social Media, Affiliates and Display / Re-targeting
Devising creative, innovative digital marketing campaigns that feed into the brands overarching PR and marketing strategies
Creating engaging digital content (using client assets) that increases customer engagement and enhances the brands we work with
Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the brand’s website, including SEO and PCC – and ultimately sales
Managing the digital marketing budget for our brands, including allocating given budgets across different channels and platforms
Working closely with colleagues in PR / Brand Building to ensure all activity is integrated
Location & Commitments:
Permanent full-time position available (but open to part-time and freelance applications too)
New York City or London based
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience managing a digital marketing function for an organisation – ideally in agency
Strong track record and case studies implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
Experience using content management systems
Knowledge of website analytics tools, for example, Google Analytics
Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adworks campaigns
