An Ideal Candidate

Will be dialled in on the most current, culturally important people, events, brands and more – focused to both the UK and US markets
Possess exceptional industry contacts and relationships in London and New York City (and beyond)
High level execution skills and meticulous attention to detail, both aesthetically and organisationally
Adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-task environment
Ability to ‘spin plates’
Confidence to make suggestions, bring ideas to the wider team that focuses on client experience and work alone or as part of a team
Enthusiasm and motivation to attend industry events
Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills
A positive, can-do attitude who can work under pressure and likes to solve problems
A creative, innovative thinker with an open attitude and eagerness to learn new things
Re: Grow Account Managers+, New York & London
We are growing our Re: Grow programmes in both the UK and US and looking to hire an Account Manager in both regions. This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate who has a passion for building small brands. The person will be helping to lead our Re: Grow initiative working with emerging and innovating brands across the lifestyle and/or design sector. The person will be fully entrenched in these brands and play a significant role in their evolution.

Key Skills
5–7+ year’s experience
Unmatched press and tastemaker contacts across a number of industries such as interiors, lifestyle and design
A comprehensive knowledge of the design and lifestyle market and industry – and its leaders
Be outgoing, driven, creative and bold
Be able to merge creativity with strategy and organisation
Be inspired and motivated by people, brands and ideas
Thrive off a quick-paced working environment and be able to spin lots of plates
Driven to continue expanding their network and knowledge through attending daily meetings and events
